By that I assume you are referring to the condo, and not the Iranian Embassy or Stornaway. It is in Yorkville, Rosie, not in O-town. I think Johnny's encounter with Iggy occurred in yet another building.
No, the one in the clip is where we were staying in Ottawa. What this says about the diversity of contemporary condo architecture, or Michael Ignatieff's taste in it, is unclear.
